Our Practice Manager
Our full-time Practice Manager, Rita Patel, has worked in healthcare for more than 16 years. She is passionate about ensuring all patients are welcomed with a smile and leaving knowing that they have received the best service and care possible. Rita is the first point of contact for any account inquiries or concerns you may have.
Our Receptionists
Our receptionists are here to greet you from 8am to 7pm each weekday (6pm Fridays). Please let them know if you have any questions or concerns while you are waiting. If you want to use our free Wi-Fi internet access, they will be happy to give you a log-in key.
Our Lead Nurse
Our Lead Nurse, Puja Rai RN, graduated from nursing school in 2014 and has since been practicing overseas and in various settings across Aotearoa. She has experience in emergency medicine, nursing education and community-based care. Puja is passionate about providing quality care to her patients and leading a brilliant team of nurses.
Our Nurses
Puja and her team are skilled in patient assessment, immunisations, and wound care. Our nurses are always available to talk to you on the phone if you have any queries or concerns about your health.
