MyIndici is an online tool for enrolled patients to request repeat prescriptions, book appointments, check your results and communicate with your doctor without having to call the practice.

To get the benefits of MyIndici, please contact our receptionists.  

We encourage you to use MyIndici to request repeat prescriptions and see your lab results and other medical records. We will give you full access to your account following confirmation of your identity. You can do this at your next appointment or by sending an email to us with a photo of your driver’s license or passport. We will upgrade you as soon as possible but please allow us a few days. 

Once enrolled, you can access MyIndici at myindici.co.nz or via our website There is also a MyIndici app available on your app store. A detailed User Guide for the Mt Eden Medical Centre MyIndici can be found here.

Please do not call us about MyIndici, as this can prevent patients with medical concerns from getting through.

The first time you login, you will need to agree with the MyIndici Terms & Conditions. 

For their safety, the portal is not available for children and young people under 16 years of age. However, you can book an appointment for a family member using your own portal so long as they are added as family members in your medical records.

Mt Eden Medical Centre takes very seriously its obligation to be a safe custodian of your health information. Independent security testing has confirmed that no data is held outside Aotearoa/New Zealand and there are procedures to verify that data is only accessed by those authorised to do so.
