Our Practice Manager
Our full-time Practice Manager, Rita Patel, has worked in healthcare for more than 16 years. She is passionate about ensuring all patients are welcomed with a smile and leaving knowing that they have received the best service and care possible. Rita is the first point of contact for any account inquiries or concerns you may have.
Our Receptionists
Our receptionists are here to greet you from 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday. Please let them know if you have any questions or concerns while you are waiting. If you want to use our free Wi-Fi internet access, they will be happy to give you a log-in key.
Our Lead Nurse
Our Lead Nurse, Brittany Nealie RN graduated from nursing school in Auckland in 2011 and did her NETP new graduate programme at Middlemore Hospital. She had worked in general practice for over 10 years before coming to Mt Eden Medical to lead our wonderful nurse team. Brittany has a passion for women’s health and is experienced in diabetic nursing and care.
Our Nurses
Brittany and her team are skilled in patient assessment, cervical screening, immunisations, and wound care. Our nurses are always available to talk to you on the phone if you have any queries or concerns about your health.
