We are closed during public holidays and over the Christmas/New Year period.

After hours
When we are closed, our telephone is answered by a Registered Nurse at our after hours service. The nurse will give advice about what to do. In an emergency, call 111.

Urgent after hours care is available at: White Cross Accident & Urgent Medical - Ascot 24/7.

After hours virtual consultations with a GP are available online at CareHQ.

The best way to contact our doctors is via your MyIndici portal. If you do not yet have a MyIndici profile, please call our receptionists, who will help you to get set up.

For general enquiries, appointments, accounts etc, contact our reception team: memc@memc.co.nz

For enquiries about nursing services, immunisations and requests for lab results, contact our nursing team: nurses@memc.co.nz

For repeat prescriptions, please use your MyIndici portal. Our online form for requesting repeat prescriptions is still available, if required.

Contacting your doctor through MyIndici

If you wish to message your GP, please do so via the portal, MyIndici.  If you do not have access to MyIndici and need to email, please use memc@memc.co.nz.  Our doctors do not usually provide medical advice via portal messages. In most cases there will be a fee for any written communication from a doctor. The size of this fee will depend on the time involved ($20-45). Because our doctors prioritise seeing patients, attention to messages may be delayed. If you are requiring a prompt response, or if your problem may be urgent, you are best to phone our nurses for advice or make an appointment.
